- Scalp Micro-Pigmentation is a form of cosmetic tattoo and not your standard body tattoo (do not go to a traditional tattoo artist).
- SMP are tiny pigment impressions that are made with precision to resemble hair follicles
- The pigment used in your treatment is completely safe and organic.
- Individual results vary and are dependent on how one heals, skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure and pigment color. Every client is unique.
- SMP is a semi-permanent treatment. Meaning, your treatment will slightly lighten overtime at which point you can undergo a touch-up for that crisp and fresh appeal.
- Difficulties choosing a hairline? We can recommend a hairline best suited to compliment your head shape and facial features.
- The equipment, tools, and needles we use are specifically designed for Scalp Micro-Pigmentation treatments only.
- Using propecia, rogaine, or blood thinners? Please stop use during treatment as to avoid any potential adverse effects and/or side-effects.

- No tanning or sun-bathing in the weeks leading to your treatment.
- No alcohol or drug use 24-48hrs prior to treatment.
- Clean scalp of hair fiber concealers (i.e.Toppik, Caboki)
- Limit hair dye use or dye hair 1 week prior to treatment.
- Scrub, wash and moisturize scalp.
- Rest well and eat prior to each treatment.
- Avoid washing or getting scalp wet for 5 days after each session.
- Try to reduce physical activity that could lead to excessive sweating between sessions (No gym or intense workouts).
- Moisturize scalp daily with non-fragrance lotion or cream.
- Try to use all natural & chemical free scalp/hair products to preserve treatment.
- If in the sun, use sunblock to protect scalp treatment from fading (SPF 50+ sunscreen). Loose hat wear acceptable.
- Cut or shave hair down between sessions and after treatment to keep desired look.
- Please avoid tanning, chlorinated pools, and saunas during and 4 weeks post your final treatment.
- Resume normal activity 3-4 weeks after your final treatment.
- To achieve the most natural results. On average, clients receive 2 to 4 sessions, scheduled 10-13 day apart. Following that, touch-ups occur between 1 and 3 years later (varies per client). Each session takes approximately 2 to 4 hours, depending on the degree of hair loss.
- The price is determined by the level of hair loss, which varies for each client. In general, the price ranges from $2,000 – $4,000 USD.
- Free in-person/virtual/call consultation (no charge).
- A small deposit is required to secure your treatment appointment and applied toward the total treatment cost (deposits are non-refundable).
- Treatment rescheduling must be advised within 7 days of appointment or be subject to a fee.
- Running Late: If you’re more than 15mins late to treatment appointment, you will be subject to a late fee.
- No Shows/Cancellations: Can re-book, but must pay No Show/Cancellation fee.
- Full treatment payment is due on treatment day, prior to procedure.
